Few simple rules:

No nudity for public files. Don't make files public if you have an account. Set the folder to private! If you're using the public uploader, uncheck "Allow these files to be browsed by other users."

No copyrighted contents unless they belong to you.

*Accounts that are used to distribute copyrighted content will be suspended without warnings. This includes MP3s, pornographic images/videos and/or software cracks.
